Terms and Conditions of Sale Policy

DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
Definitions
'Delivery Date' means either the date specified by us as being the date when the Products are to be delivered or if no such date is given the first available date on which delivery can be made by us.
'Products' means the good, products and/or items which you agree to buy from us through the

'Price' means the price for the Products excluding carriage, packing, insurance and VAT (where applicable in each instance).
Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all Sale of Products by us to you to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which you may purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or similar document.
All orders for Products shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase Products pursuant to both our Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Acceptance of delivery of the Products shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of both our Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any variation to these Terms and Conditions of Sale (including any further special terms and/or conditions agreed between you and us) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in advance and notified by us to you in writing.
Price and Payment
The Price shall be our quoted price on the
aging-management.com
web site on the date of the order. The Price is exclusive of VAT which shall be due (where applicable) at the rate ruling on the date of the order.
Payment of the Price and VAT (where applicable) shall be due immediately and no order or delivery of Products will be processed until full payment has been received from you.
The quantity and description of the Products shall be as requested by you when you place the order.
Warranties and Liability
We warrant that the Products supplied will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by us and save where you are a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 Section 12 as amended and/or the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 Regulation 3(1)) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, quality or condition of the Products, whether express or implied by statute or common law or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Delivery of the Products
Delivery of the Products shall be made on the Delivery Date to the address stated by you when first registering with the site unless you complete the alternative shipping address section when placing your order for the Products and notify us at that time that this should be the address for delivery of the Products. Changing the shipping address for delivery of the Products after your order has been placed shall be at all times be at our discretion following a formal written request by you. The Products may be delivered in advance of the Delivery Date upon the giving of reasonable notice to you. You shall make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the Products whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Acceptance of the Products
You shall be deemed to have accepted the Products 24 hours after delivery to you. You will have 14 days from delivery of the Products to return them to us if you wish to do so.
After 14 days has passed from the Delivery Date, you shall not be entitled to reject or return the Products for any reason. In all instances Title and risk shall pass on delivery of the Products.
Where you reject any Products then you shall have no further rights whatever in respect of the supply to you of such Products or the failure by us to the Products.
Where you have accepted delivery or have been deemed to have accepted any Products then we shall have no liability whatsoever to you in respect of those Products.
We shall not be liable to you for late delivery or short delivery of the Products.
Our shipping agents charge for the return of undeliverable packages, including - but not limited to - refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for

actual cost to ship the package and the return charges and hereby indemnify us in full for any costs and expenses incurred in this regard arising from such circumstances.
By ordering any Product from

you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Sale
When accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and that they possess the legal right and ability to agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer furthermore specifically warrants that they are not under psychiatric evaluation or treatment, that they will not take any supplement bought on this site if they are pregnant or have any reason to believe that they might be and that they agree not to exceed the recommended dose indicated on the label(s) of the product(s) purchased.
Compliance of Local Regulation and Domestic Law
When accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer represents and warrants that they
accept responsibility for ensuring that the product(s) purchased and the ingredients in them comply
with the laws and regulations of the country that the customer is importing the product into.
